THE VILLAS

The Venetian Villa is our first and most luxurious one: it’s a two-storey stone-built villa of 108m².

On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious kitchen, a cave room with a day bed, a bedroom with a double bed, equipped with an LCD TV, with its own bathroom, and a large dining room.

On the first floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed equipped with its own bathroom, and a private balcony with a panoramic view of the village and the sea. On the same floor there is a third separate apartment with a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, an LCD TV, and its private bathroom. This apartment also has a private large balcony.

On the ground floor there is a large outdoor pool with a jacuzzi and a spacious sitting area located in the villa’s private yard. The villa provides free wi-fi access to all rooms.

The Venetian villa can accommodate up to seven guests.

The Volcano villa’s name was inspired by the era of the volcanic eruption in 1660B.C. It is a 63m² one storey stone-built villa, consisting of a cave bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Each room has its own private bathroom. It also includes a living room/ dining area.

The Volcano villa has a traditional kitchenette and a yard with a charming outdoor pool with jacuzzi for nice relaxing moments. It is equipped with an LCD TV, and free wi-fi access. The villa’s spacious roof garden is ideal for sunbathing having the most wonderful panoramic view of the village and the sea.

This little piece of heaven requires climbing up some stairs of a picturesque passageway.

This villa was named in honour of the Cycladic civilisation and tradition. It’s a stone built villa of 93 m² that consists of two independent levels connected through an external staircase. The first level includes a double bedroom and a room with two single beds, each with their own private bathroom, and a wonderful kitchenette.

The second level consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a kitchenette. The Cycladic villa’s terraces, one in each level, are ideal for sunbathing and romantic candle-lit nights, and possesses a lovely view of the village and the sea. The villa has an LCD TV in each level, and free wifi access. The small outdoor pool, situated on the ground floor of the villa, is equipped with a jacuzzi and is ideal for quiet, relaxing moments.

The villa can accommodate up to six guests.

Villa Thira is a stone-built villa, dated from the 1900, located at the higher most end of Timedrops, in the very heart of the Kasteli. The villa consists of two rooms: a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped traditional kitchen, two smart TVs, and free Wi-Fi access.

Our guests can relax and ward off the summer heat at the villa’s Jacuzzi, located on its private terrace. A small outdoor staircase leads to the private terrace which is ideal for sunbathing and offers a spectacular view of the village’s monuments and the Aegean Sea.

Due to the existence of stairs, the villa cannot accommodate people with disabilities.

The villa has taken its name from the Byzantine period of the island during which.

It’s a stone-built villa of 43,20 m²: it has a unified living room-sleeping area with a canopy bed, a private large bathroom and a separate small kitchen. The cozy loft has a single bed and can be accessed through an indoors staircase. The ground floor is fashioned to accommodate people with disabilities.

The Byzantine house also provides an LCD TV, DVD player, audio player, and free wifi access. The villa has the privilege to accommodate all type of guests by offering extra facilities so as to welcome people with disabilities who wish to visit our beautiful island for their holidays.

We would like to welcome you to our new stone built villa, where every day is a new delight. Built in the early 1900s, it has been completely renovated by us, according to the traditional architecture of Santorini, with an added modern touch. We have named our new villa “Kallisti”.

The villa itself spans two floors; it consists of two fully independent suites, all with private terraces, Jacuzzi, and an enchanting view to the castle. Our first rate amenities will exceed your expectations. The villa, in its entirety, is an ideal choice for families and friends, as it combines privacy with luxury.
